Obviously the largest generation of online shoppers and social media users is Gen Z and 57% of them stated that they have discovered new products on social media just over the past three months. TikTok and Instagram are the two most popular social media platforms in this area. Most users want to engage with content that is either funny or relatable as it makes them more interested in the product.
