July 6, 2021 By Team Writer Leave a Comment

Although the recent pandemic has negatively impacted both national and international business operations, there are some silver linings. One of them being that screen time is ultimately up. In Australia alone, there has been a 70% to 80% in screen time since COVID-19 first hit. This increase in screen time, however, will only benefit corporations if they actually take the time to continue to produce high-quality and engaging content. A great way to do this is by building on the newfound yearning many people have to try something new. Self-isolation is an unfortunate reality tied into the pandemic, and many people are combating it by picking up new hobbies and learning new skill sets.

Key Takeaways:

  • Due to the pandemic, people are way more attached to their screens which makes it a perfect opportunity for your content to reach them.
  • People are bored due to the pandemic, because of this they are looking for something new to learn or participate in.
  • Think of this not as a lull but as a way to drive interest in what you do in the long term.

“Entertain your readers, solve their problems, or teach something new to them with your content.”
