- RF-278 – Diagnose and correct intermittent long load times in UI
This turned out to be caused by the In-App chat widget. This now fixed by loading from a higher-performing end-point and making the chat script execute asynchronously. Despite the high time cost to roll a release, it was warranted in this case, as the impact was sever and growing as we added users.
