Today (10-Jan-2016) we rolled out a critical bug fix release.
1. Workflow launcher
The most important update – and one that requires your action – involves workflows. There was a configuration option in the v4.0 workflows that causes unreliable execution of the rule. That is, the rule will not always fire, with the result that not all documents placed into the folder will get the workflow executed.
This release fixes this critical workflow launcher bug but your action is required! Any and all workflow rules you have created prior to today (10-Jan-2016) MUST be deleted and recreated.
2. Facebook and Twitter Integration
The other major update is connection of ResultFlow to the Twitter and Facebook Venues. These two (most important!) Venues are now integrated and have been added to the create venue drop-down menu.
HOWEVER! There is still a problem remaining with Facebook that will require manual review time at Facebok. We expect this to complete in the next few days. Until then, you can post to your Facebook “wall” but not “pages”. Twitter is fully functional.
