Improvements

RF-153 – Improve Facebook setup button
There were several small improvements made to the Facebook Ads Credential setup button. There is now a progress “spinner” and a completion dialog listing the tasks that were performed. This same dialog will show the error condition should the setup fail. We also made a change in the billing events settings to “impressions” and reduced the daily budget to $1. Note that $1 is not our recommended daily spend! We are setting this to the minimum value allowed by Facebook as a safety measure for you. To be effective, you will want to increase list spending limit.
RF-178 – Facebook setup: Create ads pixel if missing
The ads pixel is used to create the website audience when creating the funnel with the Facebook Ads Credential setup button.
A brand new ad account will not have an ads pixel defined, causing the code to fail. We now detect this case and create the ads pixel.

RF-154 – Icons missing on content edit page
The command button graphics on the editor were missing. This is now fixed.
