Document Sorting

On all document list views (Content, Feeds and Venues) there is now a sort button at the far right hand edge of the screen. The default sort order is by document name increasing but the other choices are sorting by title or by modification date. This what the control looks like:

Delete All Workflows

When logged in as the account owner, there is now a button at the top of the document list named “Delete Workflows”. This new button deletes all active workflows on documents (NOT on folders) in the current folder. Sub-folders are NOT effected. Here’s that button show in context:

Improved Tasks Dashlet

On both your login page and on Persona pages you will see the list of your pending tasks in the upper right box on the page like so:

tasks dashlet

On your login page, this control will show tasks for all of your Personas whereas on each Persona page, the same dashlet will show only tasks for that Persona. This makes it really easy to pick and choose which Persona you’d like to work on.

The Tasks dashlet also has an “assignee selection control” that controls whose tasks are shown in the list. This is what that looks like:

select by assignee

You can show your tasks (the default), all tasks or tasks for any one assignee.

Feed Folder Cleanup

Every night at 0430 hours GMT, an automated task will run in your instance to clean out old documents from all of your Feed folders. The system will keep no more than 200 items in each Feed folder and will delete all items older than 30 days. This should not be a problem, and should in fact help greatly in finding the more current and useful items, but if you do want to keep items around indefinitely, you can do that by moving them into a Content folder.
