Workflow Activity Summary
Each day, a summary of workflows started and completed will be added to your user dashboard and the Persona dashboard where the workflows executed.
Worker Activity Summary
Each day, a summary of the number of task completions by worker will be added to the Persona dashboard where the tasks were completed and to the user dashboard for that worker.
Venue Activity Summary
Each day, the number of posts to each Venue will be listed in the activity feed for the Persona where the Venue is defined.
Simplified Workflow Tab
The Workflows tab now lists only the folder workflows along with the folder name and the number of spawned document workflows currently active in the folder.
Enhanced Filter and Filter2 Workflows
Both of these workflows now have an optional “default” case so you can copy or move documents that do not match the filter criteria. For example, say you test the title for some phrase and move the document to folder1. Previously, any non-matching documents were deleted, but now you have the option to move non-matching items to another folder. This makes arbitrarily complex filtering chains possible via intermediate folders.
Updated Drupal Venue
The Venue edit dialog can fetch categories from the Drupal interface. Click the add button and see how it works. This also shows for WordPress but does not function correctly yet – stay tuned for a minor release as soon as it is fixed.
